I gave these ground rule suggestions out on March 16, 2015 on the first day of the Online Leadership Conference that I held. They are also listed in the Building a Women's Ministry Series and are included in the Bible Studies in Women's Ministry download in the CLM Shop.
I'm listing them here again because I think it is so important to let our ladies know what is expected of them during meetings and Bible studies and I wanted to put these ground rules in a place by themeselves so new leaders could find them easier.
These are just suggestions below. You may want to add more things to your guidelines.
- Arrive on time.
- Read the passage ahead of time.
- Answer the "homework" before the next study time.
- Be courteous to others in the group.
- Keep your comments concise (no long winded speeches)
- Keep your comments on the topic.
- Everything said in the group is confidential.

Give out your "ground rules" during your first meeting of the year but remember to give a copy to new ladies as they join your study.
Remind regular attenders of the "ground rules" from time to time. If you have a bulletin board in your meeting room, keep them posted.
