Decorate using lots of old time things and anything that is aged.
Lanterns, oil lamps, candles, bowls of rag balls, galvanized washtubs, Blue Speckleware, Enamelware, braided rugs, quilts, feed sacks, burlap bags, rocking chairs, aprons, bonnets, baskets, wagon wheels, needlepoint, calico material, antiques, hay bales.
Photo Backdrop - Use some hay bales, and a variety of old time objects to make a backdrop for photos.
Mural - Make a mural of a covered wagon. (Check online for coloring book pages to use as an outline.)
Small arrangements in mason jars. Use raffia or calico material strips to tie around the jars.
Old time lanterns and candles for the tables.
Tin punch tin cans for candle holders for the tables.
Mini galvanized buckets filled with flowers for the tables. Tie a strip of calico material or burlap to the handle.
Use burlap on tables.

Share a little bit about pioneer women. (Check online for historical information.)
Share a little about what the pioneers carried with them on their wagons. (Check online for sources for information.)
Dress up in pioneer clothing.
Do a group craft such as rag balls or pincushions or a rustic craft with burlap.
Having younger girls attend as in a Mother-Daughter Banquet?
Make them all bonnets to wear.
You will find various patterns online.
Food and Serving
Use calico material or bandanas to line bread baskets.
