Mailboxes (Check the dollar stores and dollar bins at stores such as Target for the Valentine's ones.)

Use small envelopes on dowels inside of floral arrangements.

Let me Count the Ways Printable. Choose someone you love and are thankful for and write out the reasons why.
Group Craft: Decorate craft mailboxes. Either the metal ones or paper mache.
Share a love letter. Could be from a spouse or a historical figure.
Group Project: Write letters to missionaries.
Group Project: Write letters to service men and women.
Group Project: Write letters to shut ins (they love receiving mail!)
Group Project: Have everyone write a letter to their spouse or a friend.
Use a writing prompt such as--
Write your letter about a memory the two of you have shared.
Write your letter about the time you first met.
Write your letter about the qualities you like about them the most.
