Cut out your poinsettia either around the stitching on the stamped image or inside of it. I did mine both ways. On the right one on the photo, I cut out on the inner side of the stamped stitching and cut the "petals" more to a point.
On the left one in the photo I layered my poinsettia by cutting out the smaller layer and putting it on top of the whole poinsettia with dimensionals (foam mounts). I turned the layers so the "petals" went in-between the other layer.
If you want to add leaves, stamp the image with green ink and cut out and adhere. Use your 1 inch punch to make your center and embellish as you wish---buttons, brads, pearls---you decide:)
On one I used smaller circle punch cut-outs and put
Crystal Effects on them to make them shinny. It's hard to see it in the photo.
I did some with
Chuncky Glitter on the centers but I'm waiting on some
Shimmer Paint to do the edges before I finish them.
