Woman's Ministry Bulletin Board

Every month I decorate the woman's ministry bulletin board according to what theme or devotion I am doing for that month, for example if the devotion is "Back to School" I would decorate by putting a picture of a school bus, perhaps the letters ABC on the board anything associated with school. I'm putting a Godly poem on the board called Bus Children . I'm going to use some quotes printed large to put on the bulletin board. I always put up a paper typed in large print about our meeting, the name of the devotion, what food to bring etc.. another time I put up things that had to do with a garden I use the clip art. I had no idea how to decorate a bulletin board but after a couple tries , I started getting compliments and the sister's really enjoy checking it out to see what were going to do next! You can stick a floral swag at the top of your board, pretty wrapping paper, a lacy tablecloth as a background. We also have a nice looking rectangular wood table in front of the board that I decorate differently each month as well to go withthe theme, I really enjoy it! The table is also used for my newsletters and I have a square basket with cards and envelopes the sisters can use (free)like thank-you cards, encouraging cards etc. I also use the printables from creative ladies ministry and my clip art. I put the printables on the mirrors in the church restroom about our meetings as well. At the meetings I take some of the decorations from the bulletin board and table, and use them for decorating the fellowship hall for our meeting and then sometime that following week I decorate the board and table with new stuff, the decorations stay on the board for a month until the meeting then I change it for the next meeting.

I also take pictures of some of our meetings to display on the bulletin board for all to see on what there missing by not attending our meetings. Hoping that will encourage them to be a part of our ministry.

I put a bulletin board in our Ladies Room right next to the door, and sometime I will tape signs to the mirror if something really important is happening.
