Share what you think is the biggest thing that helps your women's ministry.
I think the biggest thing that has helped our WM was the survey I did a few years ago.
We are a small country church and we had just a handful of women participating in business meetings and other WM events. It was the same few people doing the same old thing over and over.
I handed out an anonymous survey to get input from everyone on why they weren't attending and what changes they wanted to see. The response was overwhelming and we've made most of the suggested changes. Now most of the ladies are involved in WM is some way. What's the best advice you'd give to a new women's ministry leader.
The best advice I have for a new WM leader is to listen to the other ladies and keep your heart open to the Lord. He will lead you if you just listen to Him and obey what He tells you. And, of course, never be afraid to try something new.
