- Share the one thing you wished someone would have told you before you became a women's ministry leader or pastor's wife.
That people were going to talk aobut me regardless what I said or did..
- Share the best event--get together you feel your women's ministry has ever held.
When I did ladies retreats.
- What's the best advice you'd give to a new women's ministry leader.
Make sure you spend at least two nights a month with your husband only!!! Even if you have ato rent a hotel to run away!!!
- What's the best advice you'd give to a new pastor's wife.
Time with that husband!!!
- Share the biggest mistake you've made as a women's ministry leader.
No Family Time.
- Share what you think is the biggest thing that helps your women's ministry run smoothly.
Get other women involved even if they don't do it your way. You way is not always the right way, and it's okay.
- Share the thing that you think doesn't allow your women's ministry to run smoothly (Any roadblocks)?
Not getting other women involved.
- Share any organization ideas that have helped you in your leadership.
Keep good books and stay organized.
- Share what you've learned the most from being involved in your women's ministry group.
Agree with other women. "Agree To disagree".
- Share a bible study topic that you think your ladies learned the most from (not a book title, but the actual topic)
Being a virtuous woman.
- Share how you feel prayer has played a roled in your women's ministry.
Without prayer we are nothing, and our prayers can't be answered!
- Share ways you've had an outreach to your community through your church women's ministry.
I extended my ministry by getting my licenses to be a counselor, then i counsiled at the women's shelter and invited them to church.
- Share ways you've had an impact on your church through your women's ministry.
I let the women know right off the bat they can trust me and it will go no further and I will always be there for them any time of the day or night...
