- Julia, what church are you affiliated with?
I attend a Baptist church here in California where I serve as the Director of Women's Ministry.
- Can I reprint one of your articles or devotionals on my website, in an online newsletter, or send it out for an email devotional list?
No, but thanks for asking. I prefer you just make a link to the article or devotional in which you are interested.
- Can I print out your articles, devotionals or women's planning material?
You are given permission to print out one copy of any of the pages for personal reference and you are also given permission to print additional copies of pages as handouts for your local church women's ministry. Several churches have asked about using the devotionals as inserts for their bulletins. Yes you do have permission to use them as bulletin inserts for your local congregation without writing for special permission. For other reprinting specifics not mentioned here, see #4.
- Can I reprint one of your articles or devotionals in printed form for a newspaper, magazine, or other type of printed material?
You must write and ask specific permission, giving specific detail, and also allow me to see what type of material it is, such as a past issue.
- Do you have a banner exchange or will you exchange links with me?
No. I have done this in the past, but I maintain this website entirely by myself. I've found I do not have the time to spend previewing websites for all the link requests that I receive, and I would be unable to place a link without doing so. I had to buckle down and determine what I could and could not continue doing for the website because of time and this unfortunately was one of those areas I had to decide not to continue with anymore.
- Do You Take Speaking Engagements for Women's Events?
I will be for the Spring 2009 or after only for engagements in the Central Valley here in California. See the Speaking Page for more information.
