This is only one of two devotionals on the website that I did not write myself.
The following are the devotional notes that were sent to me by a very giving visitor to my website. This is the outline to a devotional that this sweet lady gave to a Mother-Daughter banquet several years ago.
It all revolves around the label of a spray starch can. Please read through it and you'll find lots of little morsels worth thinking on.
I believe that there is so much information here that if you are looking for a devotional to share, you could really probably develop several devotionals from the material by taking one area and concentrating on it.
I have decided to post all of the information so that you can take it as is or glean what you would like and make up your own devotion with the idea.
Her wish was that I use it in any way that I wanted and I think that just sharing and giving you all of the information is the best way and you can fine tune from it what you will.
Thanks for sharing Vanetta!...Julia

Putting Start Into Your Life
Starch of humor
Starch of honesty
Starch of acceptance
Starch of faith
Starch of prayer
Starch of sweetness and kindness
Starch of concern and caring.
Since you died with Christ to the basic principles of this world, why----do you submit to it's rules: "Do not handle! Do not taste! Do not touch!"
Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
(Touch not; taste not; handle not; Colossians 2:20-21
It's not resisting the "I cant's" nor struggling for the strength to avoid the "I shan'ts, but finding the freedom to rejoice in the "I wills, the I cans and I choose".
I Peter 2:4-5
Jude 24 --Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

**Finish--to prevent clogging
