Punch Art Christmas Tree Craft

Hello Creative Friends,
Today I’m sharing Christmas trees made with the Stampin’ Up! Full Heart Punch  (Item #113693).  You need 11 punch cut-outs to make your tree.  I think this would be a fun project for craft beginners.  It was so easy to put together.

Punch Art Christmas Tree

The gree tree above is made with Old Olive card stock with the edges sponged with Whisper White Craft Ink.    The punch cut-outs for bulbs are from the 1/2 Circle Punch.  They have Crystal Effects on them to make them shinny.  That is always so hard to pick up in photos.

I did the above tree a little more non-traditional in Whisper White card stock on a Night of Navy card stock base.  The edges of the card stock are sponged with some of the new Platinum Shimmer Paint found in the Holiday Mini Catalog.  The bulbs on the white tree are 1/2 circles with Stampin’ Glitter (Chunky Essentials) on them.

There is a step-by-step tutorial for this project here!
