A Little Stampin’ Success!

Good Morning Creative Friends,
Today I wanted to share with you a little of my success!  The September issue of Stampin’ Success Magazine just went online.  Stampin’ Success is published for Stampin’ Up! demonstrators and isn’t available to the public but they have art contests each month for us demonstrators to enter and so I wanted to share that I won the All About Autumn Contest which was published in this issue.  It’s exciting to have my project and photo published.

For winning the contest I got to pick out 3 stamp sets which was also exciting.  I really love the rewards I am able to pursue by being a Stampin’ Up! demo.  If you are interested in joining my team and becoming a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, now’s the time.  Getting a Mini Starter Kit at $85 when you sign up is one of the current promotions and ends August 31.

The project I entered for the contest was a tote full of Autumn cards.  I shared a similar tote on a previous post.  It was made out of 6 die cuts from the Sizzix Box #2 Die for the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine.   I originally had this full of fishing items for another contest but never got it mailed in time so I revamped it for the Autumn contest.

I wish you could see the cards inside.  I forgot to take a photo of them before I sent it off.  They were all similar but all unique, made with the punches—pumpkins, flowers, and leaves, etc.   You can click the image to see just a little bigger view of the tote.

I know I told you I’d be sharing more bookmarks but I had to take the time to share my “success” with you today.   It’s always nice to see others reward your efforts and I’m just praising the Lord for allowing me to win.   I’ll try and get back to the bookmarks tomorrow:)
