Scallop Oval Punch Sheep

Hello Creative Friends,
Awhile ago I came up with some punch sheep using the oval punches.  You can find those here.   I thought since Stampin’ Up! has a new Scallop Oval Punch,  I’d try making some sheep with that.   The Scallop Oval Punch is available in the Mini Occasions Catalog.  Here’s how they turned out.

Punch Sheep Card I made them just like I did the other sheep using the 5-Petal Flower Punch to make the nose, ears,  and feet.   Cut 3 petals off for the nose and ears and use the left over two to make the feet.

The eyes are drawn on with my white gel pen (uni-ball Signo) and I sponged the edges of the sheep with Creamy Caramel Ink.  They are put together with Stampin’ Dimensionals (foam mounts).  The worded image is from the Friends 24-7 stamp set.

The base of the card is made with Riding Hood Red Card Stock, using 3/4 inch wide strips edged with Bravo Burgundy Ink to make it look like a barn door.

Find all my Punch Projects here.

 Have a creative day,
Julia's Sigtag

Thanks for the inspiration! I am a 4-H Leader and had to make a thank you card for someone who gave our club a demo on sheep shearing!

As a spinner and weaver this sheep card really touches my heart. Thanks for sharing. Gotta go CASE!

Hugs and blessings from a sister demo – Jean

HI Julia…….I love sheep, when ever I see a lamb I think about “The Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.” The nature of a lamb is so gentle, sweet and obedient. Thanks for sharing.
    Blessings in your ministry,
    Peggy

This is so cute. My daughter’s name is Rachel – which means “female sheep” in Hebrew so I’m always drawn to lambs and sheep. Thanks for sharing!
