Box Die From Sizzix Big Shot
Hello Creative Friends,
Last month when I attended a Stampin’ Up! group meeting with my upline, we ran off boxes through the Big Shot (Bigz XL Die Box #2) with some of the new Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper that is textured and of cover-weight stock. Very thick and oh so nice! The piece used on this is from the Parisian Breeze Specialty Paper.
I finally got my little box out and did something with it. I used my Curly Label Punch and made a window in the front (using 2 punches together). It’s filled with some of those Spring Rolo candies. Those sure come in some bright and cheery colors. Other than that I just placed a piece of acetate inside the window and put some curly paper inside that I had cut and crimped. The words on the tag are from the Trendy Trees stamp set.
This is a wonderful die for favor boxes. More information on the Big Shot is found here. The Big Shot dies begin on page 194 of the catalog.
If you are looking for favors to make for your Women’s Ministry events and functions, you’ll find many scattered throughout the blog, but most of them have been listed on one page for you on the main website.
If you need printable favors such as tea bag covers and verse tags, see the Ministry Printables on the main website.
Have a creative day,
Julia

I think I’m getting the hang of how to post! ?!

I love the window you made in the box using the Curly Label Punch.
I’ve wondered if Stampin’ Up! has any idea how many, many ways their punches can be used when they design them.
I’m anxious to see what you come up with next.
Thanks for sharing!
JOYfully,
Dawn
