Did you know there was a National Tie One On Day which celebrates the humble apron?  This will make it’s third year.  This year it is on – November 25, 2009

Want to purchase an apron?  They’d make a great doorprize or gift.  Go to the Etsy Shops and check them out.  Etsy shops are handmade items made by some very talented individuals.  You’ll find aprons in all kinds of styles and price ranges.  Just go their website and type “aprons” in the search.

Have an Etsy Shop with aprons for sale?  Leave a comment and your url to your shop.  Don’t forget leave a comment as well as the url in order for it to be activated:)  I love hearing what you all have to say.

Every year, I have a themed Christmas gift for each of my siblings’ families…I think it just might have to be the year of the Apron! Thanks for the inspiration. I’m off to check the links out.

I am so glad I found your website! Thank you for sharing!!
We have so many common interests. The ladies ministry at our church has always had a dear & special place in my heart. I am also a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator and my best customer :) Let me know if you ever plan a trip to the Billings, MT area! I’d love to meet you. Thank you again for sharing!

  • Julie Lewis says:

You are so creative! I get so many ideas to use for our ladies ministries programs. I am using the apron theme for our mother/daughter brunch in May and so excited!

  • Jeanne Kemp says:

Remember my Grandma always worn an apron. The kind with the bib on it. She would use that apron for all sorts of things besides protecting her dress. Love the theme idea and can’t wait to use it for something at our church.

This site is Awesome. I have passed it on to ther Pastor’s wifes and WM leaders.

    Keep those ideas a’comin’!!!!

Hi! I am trying to find the magnets that I printed off last year for Mother’s Day. Can you advise?

  • admin says:

I don’t have any printable magnets persay, but you may have found something in the Ministry Printables that you used. They are here.
    http://www.juliabettencourt.com/printables.html

Most of the links on that page lead to my other domain (creativeladiesministry) and that will be redirected soon so those printables will not be on the site any longer, so if you need anything from there, please do it quickly:)….Julia

  • LaVerne says:

    Hello Julia,

Your website is simply adorable. I was looking for ideas for our christian women’s brunch. I will definetly use the apron one for the month of May. I really wish we could have you do our presentation. Oh well I’ll stop dreaming.
